We just wanted to say thank you for delivering an outstanding park model. We've been at our lake house living here since the end of June and love it. We fully realize there were some challenging times over the last few months, but you made every customization possible. We are extremely happy with how it all worked out and very grateful for your outstanding service. You guys definitely go above and beyond.
We've had a lot of our neighbours tour our park model and every single person is amazed at the design, layout, customizations and quality. Many comments have stated its the best one they've seen.

Just wanted to give you some feedback
Since trailer was delivered October 21, 2023 and hooked up to propane my costs for propane was $685.39 taxes in. That’s $1.88 per day. We keep the heat at 14 all winter when not there and bump it up when we are in the way up using the Google Nest.

We are “over the moon” happy with our new park model from Transcend. We chose the Eclipse 2.0 and were able to select finishes and adapt room sizes to make this model absolutely perfect for us. We experienced exemplary service and communication (thank you to Dennis and his team!) This is a true four season and beautiful unit that we can enjoy for decades.
