Using Journeyman trades, the magic begins with a quad axle chassis with removeable hitch built right next door at a certified welding shop.

Engineered truss floor joists are installed with a full vapor barrier and 3" of rigid foam, then encased in plywood from below. Another 3" of foam is installed underneath then covered in a coroplast. Heat is leaked into the upper truss area, creating a warm air space meaning a warm floor! Using full size steel ducting, our ABS and PEX plumbing lines are run and protected within this heated area.

Built like a home, 2x6 walls are then raised and sheeted from the outside- as are the engineered truss rafters. Once our services are installed, only then do we insulate to R2 l and R40 respectively, and properly install a fully sealed vapor barrier.
